GUI Programming Using JControl/Wombat

JControl/Wombat is a new member in the family of JControl. It is a framework for graphical user interfaces (GUI) which bears resemblance to JControl/Vole, the standard GUI framework for the JControl/SmartDisplay range of devices. While JControl/Vole aims at very small devices with monochrome displays, JControl/Wombat - which can be seen as "the older brother" of JControl/Vole - offers support for color displays and touch screens. With JControl/Wombat, your GUIs will be at the fingertip of the users.

Putting the marketing slang aside, this tutorial will shed light on how JControl/Wombat works, and how it can be used to easily create graphical user interfaces with touch screen support.
